Our standard shipping charge, which is automatically added to each item in your shopping cart, covers delivery to destinations in the continental USA. If you are shipping to a destination outside the USA, you will need to add ADDITIONAL shipping charges:

1. For each table below (books, small items, lithographs), use the number of those items in your shopping cart to find the extra charge for your destination.
2. After you enter the amount in the box below the table, click the button to add it to your shopping cart.

Notes:

• Depending on the mix of items you order, you may have to add an extra charge from one, two, or all three tables. But you don’t have to calculate the total extra charge — the shopping cart will do that for you.
• If you don’t have any of the items in a table (for example, no lithographs), just skip that table. You don’t need to enter a zero.
• If you have more items than are listed in a table (for example, 6 books), just skip that table. We will contact you with the shipping options and charges.
